Just Asian Food Stir Fry Noodles-Healthy Home Recipe

 Here's a simple recipe for stir-fried noodles


Ingredients;

• 225 grams of noodles such as ramen,udon, or egg noodles
• 2 tablespoons vagetable oil
• 1 small size onion
• 2 cloves of garlic minced
• 1 carrot small sliced cut 
• 1 bell pepper sliced
• 1 cup cabage shredded
• 3 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
•  salt and paper to taste
•  green onion fine choped(for garnish(



Instruction:

1. Cook the boil first noodles 10minute in hot water.
2. And we need a pan or wok,heat the vegetable oil over medium high heat.Add the minced garlic and saute for about 30 second until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced onion,jullenned carrot, bell papper and shredded cabage to the pan stir fry the vegetables for2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Push the vegetables on the side of the pan and add the protein ( chicken ,shrimp, tofu etc) fry the side and cook the protein until it is browned and cooked through.
5. Combine the vegetables with protein together in a pan add the noodles to the pan and toss everything together.
6. And put the soy sauce  saseme oil add the salt to taste and little black paper and mix and toss everything. 
7. continue stir frying for another 2-3 minute until the noddles are heat .
8. Removed from heat and garnish with chopped green onion.

Now your stir fried noodles are ready to served.Enjoy your meal
